Process includes an online form expressing interest for the role. Successful candidates are invited to take an assessment online. After that, candidates are invited for 1st round interview. My experience with Longview was quite disappointing. I noticed that the interviewer seemed disengaged, as evidenced by several yawns while I was speaking. This left me with the impression that my responses were not being fully listened to or considered. Additionally, there were instances where the interviewer asked questions that I had already addressed in my previous answers, further reinforcing my concern. After being informed that I was not invited to the next interview stage, I reached out to request feedback in order to improve for future opportunities. However, my email went unacknowledged and unanswered. This lack of response felt inconsiderate, especially given that I had dedicated an hour of my time to the interview process in addition to taking an online test. I understand that interviews can be challenging and that everyone has off days, but I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it might improve the experience for future candidates.
