Contacted by the recruiter and interviewed with them initially. Then the second interview was with the actual hiring manager and their boss. There was some back and forth with the recruiter via email over the actual job description, since the role didn’t seem totally defined. After that I had to take something like an IQ/personality test, before hearing back.
