Entretien
The interview process consists of a mix between value and capability questions. Lloyds has a standard template which is used to guide recruiter in the process. The difficulty level will depend on the recruiter itself - sometomes they ask straight forward questions just to know you better and see how you can fit in the team.
The team was clear and transparent on the process and their expectations. They were structured and communicative throughout the process. They provided feedback as well and took the time to answer any questions.

Three stages of interview. All three stages followed a competency based structure as well as relaxed conversation with different levels of management. All questions were applicable to either the role itself or the culture, and, in my opinion, were effective but not difficult based on my experience.
