Company recruiter reached out to me initially, and after passing the first 2 rounds of phone interviews, they became non-responsive for over a week despite my best effort to contact them for result. Eventually I was sent a generic email with a link to set up the next phone interview with the hiring manager. Once that conversation begin, I noticed a disinterested mono-tone coming from the hiring manager, and that "professionalism" remain for the entire phone interview. We ended the call in just 13 minutes, and I'd definitely think twice when they reach out to me next time.
