First interview was a call. Second one in person including a couple of tests. They communicated through the job board app without identifying themselves with a name or signature. An address was not included in the in-person interview confirmation. They offered me the job only a couple of days after the in-person interview and asked for my details to send the contract. After I chased them that it hadn't arrived a week later they withdrew the job offer. It's the first time in my career I've had a job offer withdrawn. They cited changes in their business. The best advice I can give anyone is not to bother with them at all. They just waste people's time. They are not a serious employer. They communicate with the candidates via text messages.
