I had a phone screening interview first and then an in person with the manager and one other employee. I was then called by HR to ask to come in to see the director and some other people. The day before the HR person finally sent me the confirmation and asked that I prepare and present a 10 minute powerpoint presentation for the next day. I was able to throw something together last minute, but it wasnt my best work obviously. I followed up and never heard back and then 2 months later received a generic thanks but no thanks automated email. Didn't seem like a professional response to 2 panel interviews.
