There were three rounds of interviews. 1st round: Designers. Introduction of myself, themselves and the company. Talked about way of working, previous experience, ambition, etc. 2nd round interview: Chief Product Officer After introducing ourselves we talked about the company, where we think digital assets are heading, trading in general, and so forth. 3rd round interview: CPTO Short light-hearted talk after which I immediately got hired. General advice: come prepared to the interview. Know what you want to tell them about yourself, take initiative where needed, and ask them relevant questions. Be transparant and truthful.
