Entretien
The interviewing process is pretty straightforward. Upon submitting your materials following up a few times is necessary to see if they are interested in getting something on the calendar. You will meet with key members of the team who will pre-screen you and eventaully schedule a follow-up interview with Steve, the owner. You walk through your work and ask any questions you may have.

The most surprising comments/questions were regarding working in a collaborative environment. Most design agencies encourage this, but it is clear from speaking with the team that this office runs very individually, with little to no communication between designers.

Entretien
I met with the Creative Director, showed my portfolio and answered a variety of questions. Toured the office. Was called back to meet with the principal. He reviewed my porfolio and asked some questions. Very smooth experience.
