Process time is quite fast. Applied online on 3 Jan, received update on 5 Jan. Online interview. Interview experience is average. Told the hr reason looking out is wish to join a stable industry. hr asked what kinds of industry is considered stable. Sounds okay but still felt a bit offended, like IQ is being questioned. Other than that is fine. No further update or offer is received afterwards. Think will pass two-sided.

HR was nice and informative. Interviewed by 2. Got to draft out a HR letter on employee termination. Everything was looking good but the salary offered was not up to my expectation hence turn down their offer. Also got offered a contract role instead of a full time position.
