I saw a job posting on LinkedIn, applied to two different positions, but didn't hear anything ever, not even a confirmation. So I reached out to multiple people on LinkedIn who worked at LA. I eventually got through to someone in a different department and they connected me with management. Apparently no one had ever gotten my applications or my messages through the company's contact form on their website. So, getting in touch was hard, but once I did the process was smooth after that. I came on as a contractor for a period of time before eventually being offered a full time position. The people have been great to work with.
