I went through an interview process with Linstech and found the experience quite disorganised. Interviews were often arranged with very short notice (a day before), which made it difficult to prepare or plan properly. During discussions, the scope of work described went beyond what was stated in the original job description, including responsibilities that were not previously communicated. Compensation expectations also shifted during the process, and the offered range did not seem aligned with the responsibilities discussed. I would advise future candidates to clarify role scope, expectations, and salary range early in the process.
