They hire recruiters as in third party for initial assessment. Then their HR will contact you and tell you that your next stage is an interview which will never happen in reality. I think they don't intend to hire anyone. It's just for some unknown reason they will keep some job posting. This post has been vacant since last 5months! They don't really need anyone. I think as they are a research consultancy company so they keep some job posting to show the clients that they are growing. Alternatively they only hire when they have projects. To be honest, it's kind of harassment for the job seeker as they waste their valuable time writing resume and then in next step a cover letter for a company who are just doing eyewash. I sincerely hope that they would be more ethical.

As I said, no interview took place in reality. They just wasted my valuable time!

Dear Applicant, We apologize that nobody followed up after your initial interview with our talent acquisition partner. We receive many applications for our positions. However, not everyone will make it to the next stage of the interview process. But, yes, our talent acquisition partner should have contacted you promptly whether or not you were invited to the following stages of the interview process. Nonetheless, as an applicant, you can contact the team that interviewed you and ask for feedback or the following steps if it takes too long. Sometimes, a little nudge is all it takes. As to why a position remains open, there are several reasons, We haven’t found the best fit to complement our team, We’re experiencing a growth spurt within the company and are hiring more than one person. Again, we sincerely apologize for not following up on your initial interview. And we like to thank you for your feedback. With kind regards, Nicoline Senior Associate, People and Culture
