The interview process for sales associates and keyholders is extremely laid back and easy. Management just sought to get a feel for personality fit, etc. I would recommend having some brand history knowledge, and also be prepared to talk about yourself, and what you value!

Entretien
Two phone interviews with the district manager, one phone interview and one casual in-person interview with the store manager for a total of four. It was a long process, but it was for a brand new store in a new location so it was understandable.
