Talked to HR to understand the process. Then the nurse manager to be asked question. I was told I needed to get 5 references in 48 hours. 2 superiors 3 colleagues.

It was intimidating as a new cna to be interviewed to work for such as a prestigious company. Overall the hr lady was nice and the rn was professional. I knew right away I wasn’t getting the job.

Friendly and welcoming process, the interviewer was extremely kind. The interview occurred over the phone due to the coronavirus pandemic. I heard back the same day in regards to background check and references.
