I heard of the job opening and set up the interview through the culinaryagents.com website. I interviewed with one of the managers, and learned that that was part 1 of a 3-round process--rounds 2 and 3 being separate interviews with a second manager and the restaurant owner if I was asked to come in again.

Be dressed in a business casual. I was interviewed by 4 managers and it was a little scary but okay. Just be confident in yourself and the way you speak. Also, experience matter.
