Communication gaps were significant after submitting the case study for the second role. There was a 10-day wait with no update beyond acknowledgement of receipt. For candidates investing this level of effort, timely feedback is a basic professional courtesy. Domain experience appears to be a hard requirement that was not clearly communicated upfront. Candidates without direct iGaming background should clarify this before investing time in a lengthy technical assessment. The technical bar is high and the process is thorough. If you have the right background it may be worth pursuing. But be prepared for slow communication, limited transparency on where you stand in the process, and the possibility that decisions are already made while you are still actively interviewing.
