The hiring process was very kind and I had to talk to 2 persons of the management only - once they saw my work - we agreed pretty fast. I was actually asked to start ASAP.

I participated in a traditional portfolio review and presentation, where I showcased my design process and explained my creative thinking. In addition, they assigned me a small design task to complete within a week’s time, allowing them to further assess my skills and approach under a time constraint.

One day, in-person, and with multiple interviewers. First met with Creative Director, then the Group Creative Director, and finally with one of the heads of Creative Services. It took about 1.5-2 hours and was fairly straight-forward. They were very friendly.
