After submitting my application, I was contacted by a friendly and professional HR representative. We had a pleasant initial conversation where she asked thoughtful questions about my career background, accomplishments, and challenges. About a week later, I was scheduled for a video interview with the HR representative and the Managing Director. This second interview had a noticeably different tone. The conversation felt more confrontational, and some of my career decisions and experiences were even met with skepticism. While I continue to admire the company's products, the experience raised concerns for me regarding the approach to candidate engagement and leadership style.
