I got the phone call from Legion and asked some basic questions about myself. I thought that was the recruiter but actually, it was the receptionist, she asked the same questions to any candidates and didn't care about how the answers are. After that, really quick, I got the invitation to the in-person interview with Hiring Manager the day after, which was supposed to last 30 mins, but it was in 10 mins only. It was not really an interview, it was more a talk, a chitchat. I was asked few generic questions and was told about the position, nothing challenging at all. The title sounded really fancy, but the description that I got was more about Sales and training new salemen. I assumed that my job was going to the client's stores and selling stuff, there was not really someone higher for me to "assist" as the title stated. I got the call 4 hours later for the invitation to the 2nd interview with Account Director the day after, but I declined. Overall, it was not a bad experience, it just seems fishy and too much easy for me.
