It was fairly quick and pretty straight forward. I saw an ad on a job board, I applied. I was emailed about setting up a phone interview within less than 1 wk. The phone interview was only about 30 min or less, very easy questions. I was told after the phone interview that I should come into the office (NYC) for a final interview with management. I only met with one manager (who would be my direct supervisor). I was also introduced to the 2 owners and several other staff that worked in the office. This lasted for about 2 hrs, possibly closer to 3. I was offered the position by the end of that day and accepted. Keep in my in this was over 5yrs ago, their process has probably changed since then.
