The interview was setup as a facade to hiring pre-selected candidates. A waste of time and energy to everyone involved. The interview was via video conference, setup by the actual candidate that was to be hired (later found that out), with the dean, assistant dean and a tenured lecturer as as the committee. All candidates were online, half way through the second presentation, the committee asked others to just leave and return to the meeting minutes later.
