I was approached by lazer on three separate occasions about a solutions architect role. Everytime I would accept the invite to chat, get through all rounds of interviews, then at the last minute I would be told they needed to cancel hiring due to financial reasons. Not only is this ethically questionable, but why in the world would you lead on candidates only to rescind the position?! I've heard of posting fake positions to boost SEO but what is the purpose of actually wasting candidate time through multiple rounds of interviews??
