Group interview was a cattle call. There was way too many people and one girl even walked out. The setup was disrespectful to everyone’s time and I was annoyed I took time off work to be there. The interviewers seemed bored and unpersonable, and had no idea how to interact with candidates or set up the meeting. It would have made more sense to have each interviewer chat with candidates individually for 10 minutes instead of having an hour long session of everyone going around the table answering questions like we were in grade school or something. Everyone was talking about how unprofessional it was after. I didn’t even give good answers because it seemed dysfunctional and I realized after meeting them and seeing the setup that I didn’t want to work there.
