      I was contacted by Jenny Lee and we scheduled a phone call time to talk. I waited 25 minutes and received no phone call. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, but I’m grateful I was shown up front how this company treats their employees, current and future, before I considered them.

      Entretien

      I started with a 30mins phone interview. Then complete an online self-paced technical interview. The second live interview was with the hiring manager and the second line manager via zoom. This company is efficient and the interviewers are professionally kind and genuinely try to get to know you on a technical level. The last round of interview was with the same team plus the executive on more in depth behavioral questions to see if I am a cultural fit to the company.

      The initial panel interview was slightly unprofessional. 2 out of the 3 interviewers were obviously typing to each other throughout most of the interview which was pretty distracting. One of them kept asking me questions that were already covered by the other 2 interviewers. Many of the topics from the 4th interview were the same covered in the 3rd interview. The 4th interview felt very much like that had already found their candidate but were just going through the motions with me. Communication with the talent acquisition team was pretty much non-existent. I was told to email the director of talent acquisition with any questions I had. I received a reply back to my question a week later, and no reply back from a follow-up email. Due to my experience and reading the other reviews, there seems to be a lot of personality/cultural issues within this company. I was initially disappointed not receiving an offer, but after looking back on the whole experience and reading feedback from former employees, I probably dodged a bullet.
