I had a total of two interviews, the first with a recruiter and the second via Google Meet with two regional managers. The second interview felt rushed and unorganized. One of the managers seemed distracted and wasn’t sure which position or location I had applied for. She asked several back-to-back questions without much feedback, then mentioned she had to step away to train someone else. The other manager joined about 30 minutes late without any introduction or acknowledgment of the delay. She continued asking many of the same questions that had already been covered, and the interview ended up lasting about 45 minutes total. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t move forward because the interview gave me a clear glimpse into how unorganized and inconsistent the process felt.
