The interview process started well but ended with management acting very rude. Had a phone interview to cover basic questions about my background and my interest level in the company. I was then asked to come in and visit in person (about a 5 hour drive for me) for a few hours one afternoon. I got a tour of their facility and met a lot of people. After talking with 4 different people at length I was given very positive feedback from the man I originally spoke with on the phone and was told to expect to hear from them within 3 weeks. I followed up and continued to express my interest, and after 3 weeks I still hadn't received any sort of communication back. I decided to call them directly and left 3 separate messages over the next 2 weeks and still no response. It was like they were going out of their way to not talk with me. I feel very disrespected that I would go out of my way to travel to Minnesota only to be promptly ignored, not even a "thank you for your time" email.
