      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lane4 (Telephone, TX)

      Entretien

      An hour long phone interview with the current role holder that left me feeling as awkward and despondent as she had been. Hiring manager absent from call due to sickness so, call carried out only with current role holder who appears to have little to no experience conducting interviews. Firstly the interviewer thought it appropriate to dial in from a mobile, not a problem in itself but, also not ideal for an interview as signals can be patchy, which it was, leaving me unsure as to whether we were still connected, struggling to hear/understand the limited comments made/questions asked and continuously having to ask her to repeat/confirm comments. Questions were basic and there was little to no level of engagement or interest from the interviewer. Interview conducted several weeks ago, company yet to provide feedback. Very poor show and goes against everything I was led to believe and have read about this company’s nature/ethos. I know that interviews can be difficult and telephone interviews even more so but, this was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience that felt like it should not have been handled solely by the departing employee.
