Entretien
The assessment day consisted of two interviews (each one conducted by a partner and consultant) and a group exercise. One interview was based a fictional case study and the other was competency based and explored your motivation for applying to LCP. The group exercise was a collaborative task, which I actually enjoyed.
There was also an office tour and lunch with recent joiners. Everyone was extremely friendly and showed a genuine interest in you.
Overall I found the assessment day to be a positive experience and left thinking that LCP would be a great fit for me.
Very relaxed. Simple behavioural questions followed by standard technicals i.e why LCP, why Actuary, what is defined benefit and defined contribution. Group exercise at the end of the assessment centre.

Multi stage interview throughout the day with other candidates also present. Felt very forced, unorganised and felt like the company was trying to put a front on. Spoke with staff at the end of the day at the local pub to get a better feel for the company and didn't come across as a nice environment.
