30 minute phone call interview followed by another Microsoft teams interview with the department head of finance. The process was easy and everyone was friendly. They made me feel like they wanted to hear what I said and like I had value.

Such a terrible recruiter. I am glad i know that soon. The recruiter does not base on any qualification rather than sentiment. No wonder why the company is going down.
