Laetus Education is a start up company and i am one of the key people to start and operate the business of the company. The interview was more on the strength of building a company and growing it to operational stage. The board of directors ( i am one of them too) chose me for the the job as they felt i can handle all the aspects of the company and lead it to growth stage quickly.
