I emailed my resume through the website and was then asked to fill out an application. Once they received that, I was set up with a phone interview with the President (they are a small firm). He seemed nice and was easy to talk to on the phone. The questions were pretty standard and most of it was on my past experience. While I was willing to relocate, it seemed they had reservations with this and they were not interested in relocating someone.
