Spoke to HR on the phone and then a few days later came in to the Woodridge office for a technical test. After the test I spoke to a number of employees in the office, their questions ranged from technical to questions about company culture expectations and learning style.

The first interview is a phone interview with HR staff. Passing that an in person interview was arranged and I met with three different members of the development team I was hoping to join. The third interview was with senior management.
