In total the process took approx 2 months: - 3 minute video request - Video call with recruiter - Task to complete (within a week - unpaid) - Video call with team members to go through task - Interview with COO - Meet the team interview - Interview with another recruiter (not outlined in original scope) The above process is outlined from the start but still seems like an unnecessary amount of steps for this level role. Friendly interviewers but I was unsure what to expect in the last 2 rounds, not sure how much notes were shared as was often asked the same questions. Lots of questions about managing conflict within a team which gives me the impression this is something they often face. Although I did not get the role I was provided feedback as I requested which was appreciated and constructive.

Very long, arduous and lacking a personal touch. I got the impression that there is lots of chaos behind the scenes, and they don't really know who they're looking for. The take-home task felt like free work for them, and I spent about 8+ hours completing it. When I got rejected, it was a fairly boilerplate response sent from someone I'd never spoken to before and without feedback. Really shocking!
