Had 2 interviews out of 3.. possibly more depending on performance of interview 3. Interviewed by Design Engineer Manager, Embedded Engineer Manager, Head Engineer Manager. The HR person was not very responsive and slightly disorganized. I had to follow up for webcam links. Interview Team was very pleasant. Not intimidating and you can tell they get along. They mostly asked questions of previous projects I've worked on. Each interview was about 1 hour. They ask you follow up questions on every answer you give. Ex: You explain your project.. Why did you decide on using this stack. You mention last interview that you work on XYZ on your free time. Can you elaborate and why? The odd thing about this process was there was no 'technical interview.' I think they realized that and tried saving it for the 3rd interview. I was disqualified due to my existing location. It was a remote position, but from what I can gather I was not in the country where LI-COR conducts business. Overall I recommend the engineering team. They seem to work well together and do not give bad vibes.
