Before the interview you are expected to pass a Hazards perception test, if you do not pass it then you retake it along with those who also didn't pass. You find out whether you passed or not after you wait 30mins for the results (if your name isn't called you've passed), then you wait 1 hour before the Interview takes place. During the interview they ask questions about safety.

Applied online and got an interview within a week. We walked to the assessment centre. We sat on tables of 8 people (total of about 32 people). There was a brief presentation about Legoland and the mwv. We were asked to bring an object representing yourself. We then stood up and presented the object, why you wanted to work there and another random fact about yourself i.e your favorite chocolate bar. Then in your groups, you had to present in a fun way one of the mwv. Then there was a short one on one interview with one of the assessor. If successful, you completed a colourblindness test, vision test and an 8 scenario hazard perception test. If you passed the hazard perception, you got the job.
