Very comfortable, positive and awesome interview. Probably the first time I didn’t feel nervous and Michael did amazing talking with me and exposing more about the position when I was applying x for front desk but I had interviewed with him for personal training counselor which is even better for me and I’m very thankful Michael took the time to talk to me, go over my resume and break down details about the position. Michael is awesome and very professional and helpful.

I was referred by a friend so it was really easy to get the job, but basically, they tell you the comp plan which is min. wage or commission (bonus included) you can make around 3-4k a month assuming you hit 20k monthly quota and get bonus checks. if you get 20k monthly you become assistant to the director (trial) 2nd month you hit your number you become a full assistant and if you hit it again you become director of personal training at that gym location. you get to a bonus of the gym sales as an assistant and director so you make a bit more money. they ask you if you can complete a certificate for personal training counselor (which they put in the system and costs like 100 something bucks, you pay again if you fail the first time) I think now you get a different certificate tho that costs more. they upload to the system then they just don't do anything with it. wasn't really an interview but more them trying to sell you on the opportunity to work there at least in my experience.

The overall interview process was rather smooth. The hiring managr, Jason, was very informitive and to the point. Your typical interview questions were asked and was not diffult at all.
