The process was based on establishing a personal relationship with several graduate students that were working toward their masters degree in fields of engineering. I was later approached by one of these graduates whom was working in Houston TX for GE in the field of Oil & Gas Extraction. They knew about my engineering experience, and that I was working independently as a dedicated entrepreneur and marketing professional.
