The selection process began with an online assessment that tested both aptitude and coding skills. Candidates who cleared this stage were invited for an in-person technical interview to evaluate their core knowledge. Finally, a comprehensive HR round was conducted to assess communication skills, personality traits, and overall organizational fit.

Entretien
At the beginning they ask you questions related to your work experience and the technologies they have used, then, they ask you questions in English to know the level of English you have, once you have gone through that, they give you a problem which you have a time limit to solve it in a programming language of your choice and show it in real time.
