Das Gespräch war ab der ersten Runde als offen, transparent, empathisch und ehrlich geführt. Das Unternehmen wurde sehr gut beschrieben als auch die Herausforderungen der vakanten Position. Es war ein sehr sympathisches Gespräch auf Augenhöhe.

Welche Kompetenzen im Management von Mitarbeitern und fachlicher Natur bestehen.
I applied online and completed an initial screening call, followed by a first-stage interview and a final interview, all conducted remotely. After the final interview, I received no feedback, response, or follow-up from anyone despite multiple chase ups. There was no acknowledgement from HR or the internal recruitment team or their Workday system, which felt unprofessional and disappointing. At a minimum, providing basic feedback or closure would have shown respect for the time invested by candidates.

WebEx interview. Thought the interview went very well. Both interviewers were very engaged with me on small talk and my responses.
Was told they would get back to me either way. Over 2 weeks later no rejection email and no response back to my follow up email. Heard other people say issues like this so must be consistent in their culture to just ghost people sadly. Very frustrating to deal with people like this when all you want is an answer even if it is no.
