The worst interview I have had unfortunately. First call with HR (only positive note of the process, it was a pleasing call). Then, the interview with two senior colleagues, they were absolutely ice cold. Somehow they seemed annoyed from the very first second of the interview, like they didn't even want to talk to me. They ignored the part of my background and experience that actually matched the role: instead of asking questions to understand my relevant experience, they immediately stressed that my experience was (also) in a slightly different area. The whole tone felt designed to make me uncomfortable rather than to get to know my real skills. I followed up after the interview, re-stating my interest in the position, but nobody worried to reply. Ghosted from HR and from the team.
