I had a disappointing interview experience with Kranus Health due to a lack of professionalism and poor communication. The process felt disorganized from the start, with unclear expectations and delayed responses. Communication was inconsistent, making it difficult to understand where I stood in the process. Worst of all, after the interview, they never got back to me—not even a simple follow-up or rejection email. This level of unprofessionalism is frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process. I hope Kranus Health improves its recruitment approach to ensure candidates are treated with respect and kept informed throughout the process.
