The process is different for university graduates and mid-career candidates. For graduates the recruitment is possible through application on the website and ASEAN career fair or university talks. It's a two step process. The first one can be in person or on Skype. The second one is in person in the headquarters in Tokyo where candidates will be interviewed by top management.
