Entretien
It was a 3 month interview that started in early December and concluded in mid-March. It consisted of a response to a series of questions from an internal recruiter, a subsequent interview with the recruiter, an interview with a director, then a project/presentation with a panel interview consisting of various Kotter employees.

Entretien
The process included an intensive application and a series of interviews followed by a candidate day, at which potential applicants met one-on-one with Kotter team members and closed with a presentation. Unlike typical firms, the process included a diverse experience by interacting with staff from human resources to leadership. After the candidate day, I had been given an opportunity to meet with two additional remote members of the Kotter team as a way to ensure I had an exhaustive understanding of the firm and the offerings I would be potentially be providing.
