BS online scenario exam that takes more than 2 hours. For me, it seems like a huge red flag. I regret taking the online exam and wasting my valuable time.

The hiring process took about a month. I got a message every Friday letting me know the status of my application and I spoke to HR several times before my interview. They were very helpful with setting everything up.
