The Kobalt recruiter scheduled a video interview via Zoom (similar to Skype but you don't need an account). She missed the interview and called shortly thereafter to apologize and reschedule. After rescheduling my interview 4 more times, she stood me up again and never responded. I'm not sure what happened or why I never made it to an actual interview. Overall, very confusing and unprofessional
