The company contacted me after I submitted my application. They then had to reschedule the initial interview multiple times but were friendly and considerate throughout that process. I got along well with the hiring team during the initial process and asked about the next steps. They told me that they would contact me either way (if I received the position or not) by the end of the week. They never contacted me again.
