1. I applied online and had only 1st round introduction interview with HR. HR was friendly and the discussion was good. My bad experience comes from the fact that she promised to provide feedback till the end of the current week. --> 1 week later there was no feedback. I did follow up and asked about the next steps or any information in general. HR replied that they haven't yet decided on the next steps, but will return to me "shortly". --> 1 month later there is still no feedback. I did a final follow-up again to ask if my application is at least active and guess what? No response. I don't mind being told that I am not a good fit for the position, but the above creates a terrible impression of the company.

1st round was HR round, 2nd rounds was technical. Total 3 rounds before offer letter. No Value for time. I will advise to not prepare too much for the technical round and overall interview. The hiring team is focused mainly in communication and rest is your luck.

Applied and got a call for a 30 minute interview about a week later. Interview was straight forward - general personality and ability questions. After over a month the hiring team never updated me on the position. I have reached out a couple of times and still no update. IMO companies should at least update you. At best, constructive criticism as to why you were not hired.
