One of the best interview I have ever attended. Kissflow interview process consists of 5 rounds. 3 rounds of technical, 4th round is culture and value alignment round which was a completely new experience to me. 5th round HR discussion. The technical interviews were quite challenging and interesting. The entire interview process was really great. Big kudos to the HR team for smooth interview process right from the screening to virtual onboarding.

1.Algo and DS round
-Questions were mostly based on Python and also data modelling questions and there were some OOPs question
2.Algo and Design round
-2/3 algorthmic questions
3.Managerial round - Questions were focussed on Basics, discussion would be around ,how in-depth we are able to answer.
4.Value alignment round - Very unique round, questions to learn more about you as a person and a co-worker

Entretien
First round : Technical interview with no handson.
It was really a good experience.
It was helpful and informative.
Second round : Full handson
A senior developer coordinated the second round.
It was difficult but provided a lot of leaning.
Third round: Logic and use case discussion
This session involves logical answering and required some out of the box thinking.
