My interview with Kirklands was timely and professional. The manager adequately described the requirements of the job and asked appropriate questions about my experience. I was offered the position on the spot with clarity on what my responsibilities were.

Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
