Phone interview mostly conducted by 2 people. All questions were relevant and focused. Be careful though on the question regarding starting pay. Whatever you say will be the amount they offer if you are the chosen candidate. Do not be afraid to ask questions. Things are as they appear. If it doesn't feel right for you then do not accept the position.
